MEDIATION

William J. Lasley with the law firm of Flanigan, Lasley & Moore, LLP has fulfilled the training required by the Missouri Supreme Court to become a mediator in civil litigation cases. Mr. Lasley completed the mediation training at the University of Missouri Columbia School of Law. The School of Law's Center for the Study of Dispute Resolutions, since its inception, has been consistently ranked at or near the top in this field of study.

Mr. Lasley has practiced law for 37 years, 32 of them in Carthage, Missouri. Although concentrating in the area of defense in personal injury cases he also has broad experience in representing individuals and businesses as plaintiffs and defendants, probate law, real estate law, commercial law, domestic relations and some criminal matters.
